In the interest of a smooth and fair IT support process, we would ask you to notify us only by e-mail of any IT faults and problems that occur, as set out in the newsletter from the head of IT and the administration manager in August 2005. We endeavour to always process your queries quickly. The use exclusively of e-mail contact and the associated ticket system therefore allows us not only to respond chronologically effectively to your queries but also to always have the current status of your query available for everyone involved.
