To serve you best, we have structured our work processes as follows: Office Hours of the Academic Advisors:
- Primarily reserved for thesis consultations
- For efficient handling of recognizing qualifications (ECTS transfers), study planning questions and similar matters, please use email, at best with a current transcript if necessary.
ISME Office:
- Usually answers emails on Thursdays
- Irregular availability: March and September (research and planning phase for the next semester/year)
- Most emails received during these months will be processed the following month; see the faqs for answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Application Period (April–July):
- Priority given to application-related inquiries
- Responses to general ISME questions (of already enrolled students) may take longer during this time
Recognizing Acquired Competences (ECTS transfers):
- Processed twice per semester:
- Winter semester: November and February
- Summer semester: May and July
- Please note: Study and examination offices currently require up to six weeks for processing
We appreciate your understanding and support in making our processes more efficient. |
