If you are already a student of ISME, only use your zedat/fu mail address for communication and add your matriculation number to the signature.

Please use our office hours primarily for thesis consulting. Regarding transfers of ECTS etc., please inquire via email and prepare the relevant documents beforehand – it's the more efficient way!

The ISME office is usually closed in March and September so that mails sent to ISME in this time will be answered the month after. 

In the time of application review (May–July), we prioritize emails concerning the application process so that answers to ISME-related questions by students already enrolled may take longer than usual.

We process transfers of ECTS twice a semester: in the winter semester in November and February, in the summer semester in May and July. Please also note that the study and examination offices currently require up to six weeks for processing.
