Due to the academic holidays, the Student Office will be closed from 23/12/2024-04/01/2025. The last consultation hour will take place on Thursday, December 19, 2024. The first consultation hour will take place on Thursday, January 9, 2025. Please avoid (further) requests during this time. We will try to process your request as soon as possible after the academic holidays.

You can book an appointment for a maximum of 3 weeks in advance or receive a waiting number/appointment directly on the day of the consultation in the waiting area (1.0104).
After being called please go to the indicated place/room - otherwise your number will expire after 2 minutes. Please note that consultation hours are only available for students with a waiting number/appointment. Waiting numbers/appointments can be booked in advance or on site if appointments are still available.
If you are unable to keep the booked appointment, please cancel by e-mail (stating the date and appointment number)!
Important note: Please bring an official identification document (ID card, passport or driver's license) to every consultation so that we can give you personal or study-related information or hand out documents. The Campus Card or health insurance card is not an official identification document and therefore not valid for identification purposes.

- Teaching issues
- Registrations, deregistrations and registration changes to courses in Campus Management
The Dahlem School of Education (DSE) is responsible for courses with a teaching post option (exception: Extended Examination Advice).
For general course guidance before enrolling as a student, please contact the Study Advisory Service of Freie Universität Berlin.
The BA/MA officers of the respective subject are available for academic advising.
On a trial basis preference will be given to the course-registration of students with children. Please see the Family Support Center for more information.
