Expert Discussions
Goal
Expert discussions about aspects of academics and teaching are a place for specialists from various disciplines to connect with external experts in those disciplines. This kind of exchange can lead to questions about a degree program's relevance and up-to-dateness as well as its standards of specialized scientific teaching opportunities. The expert discussions should be seen as an instrument of collegial consulting.
Responsibility
The Dean's Office is responsible for the implementation of expert discussion. It is implemented on the academic level.
Focus
The focus of the expert discussions is the question of whether or not the degree programs of the various subjects correspond with the current state of the discipline. In some cases it is necessary to discuss how the subject might be taught oriented toward certain sustainable professions.
