• Please note that reservation requests must be made early via Evento so that they can be processed in good time and the porter is informed accordingly. If necessary, please contact them for closure.
• If you have problems with the technical equipment and facilities of the room, please contact IT support.
• If you need conference materials, please contact the staff of the central media technology department (Habelschwerdter Allee) or your work area.
