The room management team at the department is in charge of the distribution of rooms in the building at Koserstraße 20. Please reserve rooms using Evento.

• In case of tecnical problems, please contact the IT-Support.
• In addition to the room equipment mentioned below, three mobile video technology systems are available for hire on the premises. Reservations can be made via Evento. The reserved device can then be picked up independently on the 1st floor (A 128). Damages are to be reported immediately to the IT-Support.
• In addition to the room equipment mentioned below, a mobile video conferencing system in compact design as „Meeting Owl“ is available for hire. Reservation and pick-up is done directly at the counter of the FMI/KHI library. Damages must be reported immediately to the IT-Support.

Every room is equipped with a Chalkboard and beamer (for further details on equipement, please check the list below).
