The room management team at the department is in charge of the distribution of rooms in the "Holzlaube“. Please reserve rooms using Evento.

• In case you are not in possession of a key to the rooms in this building (i.e. you are not a member of the teaching staff of the GeschKult Department), please contact the gatekeeper (K-Street, Silberlaube).

• In case of tecnical problems, please contact the IT-Support.
• In addition to the room equipment mentioned below, three mobile video technology systems are available for hire on the premises. Reservations can be made via Evento. The reserved device can then be picked up independently on the 1st floor (1.0061). Damages are to be reported immediately to the IT-Support.
• In case you need more teaching aids, please contact the staff of the central `Medientechnik´ (Habelschwerdter Allee).
• If you are planning a large event/conference, you may use the small kitchen on the third floor (2.OG). Please reserve the kitchen in advance using Evento.
• We are happy to supply bar tables (max. 10), please contact us via E-Mail if you would like to request these.
• The lobby on the third floor (2.OG) (photo) or the basement level (UG) (photo) may be used as well.

Every room is equipped with a (portable) whiteboard and beamer (for further details on equipement, please check the list below).
