Tanja Hidde works in the office for the History of Knowledge in the Ancient World and is the ZODIAC project’s coordinator and responsible for the project’s infrastructural management and financial administration. In 2014-2018, Tanja Hidde was a member of the BabMed project directed by Markham J. Geller. In 2015/16 she has taught as Prof. Tal Ilan’s assistant at the Institute of Jewish Studies at the Freie Universität Berlin. In 2019 she worked as research assistant at the Institute of Jewish Studies, before she changed to the project office of the DAAD funded online Master “Intellectual Encounters of the Islamicate World”, Freie Universität Berlin. She worked also in the office of GEAS - Graduate School for East Asian Studies, Freie Universität Berlin, until 2021.
Tanja Hidde studied Jewish Studies at the Freie Universität Berlin and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She won her MA with a Feminist Commentary on Mishnah Shevu’ot (Late Antiquity focus studies).
