OBUA Workshop "Konfliktgesprächsführung und Mediation in der Ombudsarbeit" with Helga Nolte und Veronika Fuest
The workshop deals with conflict management and mediation in Ombuds work and is open to a maximum of 20 Ombudspersons of the Berlin Research Area.
