Marwa M. Ahmed has been awarded a Master of Engineering (M. Eng.) by Berlin Hochschule für Technik; she had earned her BA degree in Computer Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Mosul, Iraq, then worked as a programmer for the “Ministry of the Municipality and Public Works”. Within the Kalīla and Dimna project, Marwa M. Ahmed is responsible for the programming and curation of the project's Preview Edition as well as contributing to the project’s Manuscript Editing/Digital Humanities. She also engages in the activities of "Closing the Gap on Non-Latin Scripts", a project within the Berlin University Alliance (BUA) directed by Beatrice Gruendler.
