Research Colloquium Kalīla and Dimna – ALC/AnonymClassic
On Thursday, May 11 at the AnonymClassic colloquium, we will have the good fortune of hosting a guest speaker, Dr. Pegah Khadish, a specialist in classical Persian prose literature (and especially in Persian folk and fairy tales). The title of Dr. Khadish's presentation is "Persian Tales, Then and Now."
Dr. Khadish recently spent over a decade as an assistant professor at the University of Tehran, where she worked in the Dehkhoda Lexicon Institute. She has published a number of valuable works, ranging from textbooks, to textual editions, to studies of medieval Persian folk narratives. Dr. Khadish has been a frequent collaborator of project partner Prof. Dr. Ulrich Marzolph. She is now based in Berlin.
This session of the AnonymClassic colloquium will be held in a hybrid format, both in person (Holzlaube room -1.1062) and via Webex. If you are interested in attending virtually, please contact Dr. Theodore Beers (theo.beers@fu-berlin.de) for a link to the meeting.
