Close reading workshop: The Mahābhārata Tales of Kalīla and Dimna – Beatrice Gründler, Florinda De Simini, University of Naples "L'Orientale"
In their daily Close Reading Sessions from Oct. 21 until Nov. 3, 2018, the AnonymClasssic team explores the Indian origins of the Arabic Kalīla and Dimna texts. Their expert advisor is Florinda de Simini, Indologist from L'Orientale (Naples University) who is to take off with her own ERC Starting Grant on "Shivadharma – Translocal Identities. The Shivadharma and the Making of Regional Religious Traditions in Premodern South Asia" in December 2018.
