Short Biographical Information

I am a lecturer in Classical Chinese Studies at the University of Cambridge where I teach part of the East Asian History and the Chinese History course plus courses in classical Chinese (Literary language narratives, Tang poetry, Zizhi tongjian, the Nineteen Old Poems). My main areas of research are the Six Dynasties and late imperial popular religious scriptures (baojuan).
