Political Steering of Strategic Industries under Xi Jinping: Assessing renewable energy transition management

This project jointly led by Doris Fischer (Universität Würzburg) and Sabrina Habich-Sobiegalla (FU Berlin) is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and will run from 2018 through 2020. It’s goal is to assess political steering and governability under the current Xi Jinping administration in the crucial field of industrial policies for strategic industries, taking renewable energy transition management as an example.
