On 12-13 April 2021, The Centre for the Study of Manuscript Cultures (CSMC, University of Hamburg) in cooperation with the DFG-Emmy Noether Research Group ‘Patterns of Knowledge Circulation’ (FU Berlin) organised a workshop on Recipes and Recipe Books Across Manuscript Cultures.
