The anthology "Nerven und Krieg. Psychische Mobilisierungs- und Leidenserfahrung in Deutschland (1900-1939)", edited by Gundula Gahlen, Ralf Gnosa and Oliver Janz, has been published by Campus Verlag. It explores the relationship between nerves and war in the pre- and post-war period of the First World War and focuses on contemporary nerve discourses as well as individual and social psychological experiences of mobilization and suffering.
