EMTECH's researcher Dr. Hiromi Shirai exhibited her latest robot study at Technical Show Yokohama 2019 (テクニカルショウヨコハマ2019), February 6-8, in Yokohama, Japan.

On February 7, Dr. Shirai gave a presentation titled Sekkyaku kōritsu to uriage kōjō ni muketa robotto katsuyō shisutemu 接客効率と売上向上に向けたロボット活用システム ("System employing robots to increase customer handling efficiency and sales").

A Pepper robot demonstrated the experiments on location.
