Dr. Kwang Ho Park is currently serving as the Director General of the Ministry of Unification in Korea. He received his BA, MA, and Ph.D. in Political Science at Seoul University, and has also been a visiting professor at UC Berkeley and visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC. Since beginning at the Ministry of Unification in 1989, he has also held the positions of deputy director, division director, and Director for Inter-Korean Social Exchanges. His expertise in the fields of inter-Korean exchange and cooperation makes him an invaluable resource for the future direction of Korean unification.

NAM Kyung-pil was inaugurated as the 34th Governor of Gyeonggi Province on July 1, 2014. Prior to the governorship, Nam served 5 consecutive terms as member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, representing his constituency in Suwon City of Gyeonggi Province from 1998 to 2014. Concurrent with his tenure in the National Assembly, Nam assumed a number of chairmanships including that of the Korea Ice Hockey Association for the Disabled from 2004 to 2016. Nam has also served as the Chairman of the International Eculture Festival Organizing Committee since 2008, and of the Economic Democratization Caucus of the Saenuri Party since 2012. From 2013 to 2014, he served as Chairman of the Korea Internet & Digital Entertainment Association. Nam served as Chairman of the Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Unification Committee of the National Assembly from 2010 to 2011, taking the lead in foreign policy formulation and diplomatic initiatives for the nation. He also served as Chairman of the Korean-German Parliamentary Friendship Group from 2012 to 2014, fostering bilateral exchanges while examining German experiences and their effective applicability to circumstances on the Korean Peninsula

Professor Ra Jong-yil begann seine wissenschaftliche Arbeit als Professor für Politische Wissenschaft an der Kyung-Hee- Universität in Seoul. Als Kim Dae-jung am 18. Dezember 1997 die Präsidentschaftswahl in Südkorea gewann, berief er Prof. Ra zum Direktor des National Intelligence Service; später übertrug Präsident Kim Daejung ihm die wichtige Aufgabe eines Beraters des Präsidenten für Sicherheitsfragen. Seine Karriere setzte Prof. Ra als Diplomat fort. Er wurde Botschafter der Republik Korea in London und Tokyo. Nach Beendigung seiner Botschaftertätigkeit wurde er zum Präsidenten der Woosuk-Universität in Jeonju gewählt. Diese Funktion hatte er mehrere Jahre inne. Gegenwärtig lehrt Prof. Ra politische Wissenschaft an der Gachon-Universität.
