Dear all,
we are pleased to invite you to the international conference "Rethinking Korea beyond Borders: Interregional Historical Perspectives through Korean-European Scholarship," which will take place on November 14-15, 2024 at the Freie Universität Berlin. The sessions will be held in the Seminar Room at Otto-von-Simson-Straße 11, 14195 Berlin.
Jointly organized by the Northeast Asian History Foundation(South Korea), the Institute of Art History at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany), and the Institute of Korean Studies at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany), this conference aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and promote interregional perspectives in Korean-European scholarship. Scholars from diverse fields will gather to share insights, challenge conventional narratives, and explore connections across historical contexts.
